The 5 areas of our commitment
1. GOVERNANCE
We manage the Company according to principles of transparency and accountability, integrating our values into our decision-making processes. This commitment is formalized in a Code of Ethics and a Supplier Code of Conduct, which guide our operations teams and their relationships throughout the supply chain.
2. PEOPLE
We promote a work environment based on the development of skills, transparency, and mutual respect. Our production facility is ISO 45001 certified for occupational health and safety, and our women represent over 50% of the workforce.
3. ENVIRONMENT
We use electricity sourced exclusively from renewable sources for our production facilities and offices located in Italy. Most of our paper packaging is FSC® certified and comes from responsibly managed forests. We promote packaging solutions designed to facilitate reuse and recycling, and we encourage the reuse of our products with refills made from recycled plastic and other creative recycling initiatives.
4. COMMUNITY
Our creations are designed, formulated, and produced in Florence highlighting the strengths of the Italian supply chain and the excellence of Florentine craftsmanship.
5. CUSTOMERS
We guarantee high standards of quality and safety throughout our production chain, supported by a centralized complaint management system and an attentive customer service.
