This website (hereinafter referred to as the Site) has been created and is managed by Dr. Vranjes Firenze S.p.A., with registered office at Via Sandro Pertini 5, PEC [drvfirenze@pec.drvranjes.it], email [info@drvranjes.it], telephone [+39 055 612 0735], VAT number 06511260488.

Use and duration

The User may use the Site on a fixed and/or mobile device in order to be able to benefit from a series of services related to the sale of Dr. Vranjes's Products (hereinafter referred to as Products). For a better description, please refer to www.drvranjes.com. In order to use the Service, the User must view the Site available at the URL www.drvranjes.com. In order to use the Services offered by Dr. Vranjes, the User can register to create a personal account (hereinafter referred to as the Account). The User may cancel their Account at any time if they deem it appropriate.

Acceptance of the general conditions

The use of the Services offered by Dr. Vranjes is subject to acceptance of these general conditions of use. In the event of failure to comply with any of the obligations set out in these conditions, Dr. Vranjes reserves the right to suspend the Account of the User concerned.

Dr. Vranjes, through the use of the Site, will provide the following Services to the User:

free registration for scheduled Dr. Vranjes events, subject to acceptance of special terms and conditions;
tracking of purchases made by the User and storage of the relevant purchase history;
the creation and storage of the preferences expressed by the User ("wish list");

Registration

In order to proceed with the use of the Services, the User must first register by filling in the online form made available by Dr. Vranjes and follow the relevant instructions. In any case, the User must ensure that the personal information provided during the registration process and subsequently is correct, complete and true. At the end of the procedure, the User will receive authentication and authorization credentials for the proper use of the Services provided through the Site.

Maintenance and changes to the Services

Dr. Vranjes may perform, at its discretion, adaptive maintenance, upgrade maintenance, and corrective maintenance. The Services offered through the Site may change over time, as they are subject to continuous improvement. At any time, Dr. Vranjes may temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the Services, even without prior notice, or limit the use of the Services, geographically, qualitatively or quantitatively. Some of these changes may render certain hardware devices or third-party services non-interoperable with the Site.

Exclusion of guarantee

Except as expressly provided for by mandatory regulations, Dr. Vranjes does not provide any guarantee regarding the Site and the Services provided through it.

DRM

Dr. Vranjes may include DRM or other technological protection measures on the Site, consisting of devices and/or components designed to prevent or limit actions not authorized by the rights holder. The Site may also include electronic information on the rights regime indicating the terms and conditions of use of the content covered by the Services, the identity of the author of the work, as well as numbers or codes representing such information or other identification elements.

Content

Dr. Vranjes assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the data, content and information owned by Dr. Vranjes or otherwise entered or contained on the Site.

Before making any decision, including those relating to the purchase of Products of Dr. Vranjes and/or of third parties, the User must verify the accuracy of the information contained on the Site.

Dr. Vranjes assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions arising from the use of data and information on the Site.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Support Service

Dr. Vranjes provides users with a support service based on artificial intelligence systems (hereinafter, the "AI Service"), designed to provide information, clarifications, suggestions, and support regarding the use of the services offered, and may use the same technology to generate content, including images for illustrative purposes. Where appropriate or required by law, artificially generated content will be clearly and easily identifiable as such.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the responses generated by the AI Service are automatically processed by a computer system and do not constitute professional, legal, tax, accounting, technical, healthcare, or other specialized advice, unless otherwise expressly stated.

The information provided by the AI Service is for informational and support purposes only.

Although Dr. Vranjes takes all reasonable measures to ensure the quality of the service, Dr. Vranjes does not guarantee that the responses will always be complete, accurate, up-to-date, error-free, or suitable for the User's specific needs.

The User is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and adequacy of the information received through the AI Service before making decisions, taking action, or relying on such information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dr. Vranjes shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from the use of the AI Service, reliance on the information provided, or any errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or unavailability of the service.

The User represents that he or she is of legal age and agrees to use the AI Service in compliance with the law, these Terms and Conditions, and the principles of fairness and good faith.

It is prohibited to:

Use the AI Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes that infringe upon the rights of third parties
Post content that is defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, violent, obscene, or otherwise contrary to the law or public order
Transmit personal data of third parties without having obtained the necessary authorizations or without having a suitable legal basis under applicable law
Post confidential information, trade secrets, or data whose disclosure violates contractual or legal obligations
Attempt to compromise the operation of the AI Service, circumvent its security measures, or use it in a manner that causes harm to Dr. Vranjes or third parties

Dr. Vranjes reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the AI Service if it detects any use that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

The User is expressly prohibited from entering into the AI Service any personal data belonging to special categories as defined by applicable law, confidential data, or other information whose disclosure is not strictly necessary.

Any processing of personal data provided by the User as part of the AI Service will be carried out in accordance with Dr. Vranjes' Privacy Policy and applicable law. The data provided, in aggregated and anonymous form, may be used for the purposes of training, developing, and improving artificial intelligence systems.

Dr. Vranjes reserves the right to modify, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue—including temporarily—the AI Service for technical, maintenance, security, or development reasons, without this giving rise to any right on the part of the User to compensation or damages, except as provided by law.

Intellectual property rights and trademarks

Without prejudice to what may be provided for by mandatory provisions of law, the Site, considered in its entirety, as well as all the material contained therein, is protected by the laws on copyright and other intellectual property rights.

The contents, materials, databases, works published or otherwise present on the Site, including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, images, photographs, press releases and documents reproduced in general are the exclusive property of Dr. Vranjes, or used with the authorization or license of the relative rights holder.

The User may make use of such content only if such activity is necessary for the correct use of the Services provided through the Site, and therefore may not freely use them. Dr. Vranjes reserves all rights over them, including, in particular, the right of publication. The dissemination of images taken from the Site is therefore prohibited.

Any other exploitation of this material for any purpose whatsoever is prohibited without the prior consent of Dr. Vranjes.

Applicable law

Without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law, these terms and conditions of use are governed by Italian law.

Competent jurisdiction

Without prejudice to any mandatory provisions of law, any dispute relating to these conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.

Variation

Dr. Vranjes reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify this document from time to time; the User is therefore requested to check, from time to time, the applicable conditions.
